Cancellation Policy

Barlex Crowns Booking Policy Protecting our time, honoring yours, and keeping every crown appointment divine. Booking Requirements All appointments must be booked online through our official booking site. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final balance. Most services include a wash, conditioning, blow-dry, and scalp oil treatment, as well as standard braiding hair at no extra cost. Boho styles include standard Boho hair in the listed price. Clients may choose to upgrade to premium blend or 100% human Boho hair for an additional fee. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $15 late fee or risk cancellation or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking site. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a $50 late cancellation fee. No-call / no-show clients must pay in full and will also be charged a $50 no-show fee before rebooking any future services. Payments & Discounts Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Afterpay, Klarna, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Discounts (student, senior, referral, or promo codes) must be mentioned before checkout. Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to already discounted services. Client Readiness Hair must be detangled and free of excessive buildup. Excessive matting or tangling may result in a $25 detangling fee or denial of service. Please arrive with your natural hair only, unless your service specifically requires added extensions or a wig. Children’s Appointments Services are available for children ages 12 and up. Children may remain alone during their appointment; however, Barlex Crowns is not responsible for unsupervised minors. Please ensure your child is mature enough to sit through the full appointment independently. Media & Content Barlex Crowns may document services for promotional use through photos and videos. By booking, you consent to the use of this content unless you request otherwise in advance.
